The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Braulio Mazorra helped the player get up and apologised. The long shot by Desmond Rowell in the 4th minute really tested Navarro Nuño's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 8 minutes into the match, Fohat Neyen's goalkeeper Navarro Nuño had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desmond Rowell. Victor Hess could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Navarro Nuño made a huge save. 16 minutes into the game, Sherwood Franks recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Navarro Nuño. Sherwood Franks showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Braulio Mazorra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rusty Little took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandaili Hijosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Santos FC's Desmond Rowell slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Navarro Nuño. That made the score 2-0 after 24 minutes of play. In the 27th match minute, Santos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Hess to maneuver through the defense. Rusty Little showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Mazorra in the 30th minute of the match. Forrest Hopkins hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leon Burr during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Santos FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Burr. Navarro Nuño made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Victor Hess sent off a good shot on target. Navarro Nuño didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 40th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. In the 44th minute Victor Hess shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Navarro Nuño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Gaskon Comas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Rusty Little made a huge save. Fohat Neyen's Navarro Nuño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desmond Rowell in the 55th minute of play. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fohat Neyen's goalkeeper Navarro Nuño, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Fohat Neyen's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Hess came free, but Navarro Nuño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Navarro Nuño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desmond Rowell, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes, Sherwood Franks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santos FC and the Fohat Neyen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Santos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sherwood Franks to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desmond Rowell in the 81st minute of play forced Fohat Neyen's goalkeeper Navarro Nuño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Navarro Nuño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sherwood Franks in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Desmond Rowell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Navarro Nuño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sherwood Franks, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Fohat Neyen's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Hess came free, but Navarro Nuño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Victor Hess's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Navarro Nuño was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Rodrick Orlinsky kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaskon Comas came free, but Rusty Little reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rusty Little showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaskon Comas in the 95th minute of the match. Santos FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
