Spectators: 7772 (Terracing: 5830, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Christian Liknes made the kick off which started today's match. With an all-out effort, Daustad's Zarco Bandeira threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christian Liknes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joel Caeiro succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Sebastian Kvernmo's late challenge caught a MZ Fénix's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Kvernmo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th match minute, Daustad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Kvernmo to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Joel Caeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Miljeteig was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Lars Obrestad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dag Ose kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Daustad's Sebastian Kvernmo got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Lars Støylen came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Daustad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Støylen couldn't finish the play. Christian Miljeteig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Caeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Bernardes to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Daustad's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Bernardes came free, but Christian Miljeteig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Patrício Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars Obrestad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, MZ Fénix's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Støylen came free, but Zarco Bandeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Obrestad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Zarco Bandeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 minutes, Joel Caeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MZ Fénix and the Daustad players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to MZ Fénix getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Joel Caeiro hit a great ball. Zarco Bandeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Kvernmo in the 74th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Kvernmo. In the 85th minute Lars Støylen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zarco Bandeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zarco Bandeira came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Daustad's Lars Støylen. But to his dismay, Lars Støylen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 89th minute, Tord Sundnes made a precise shot to the right of Zarco Bandeira. MZ Fénix's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The supporters of Daustad booed when MZ Fénix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Bernardes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Daustad fans cheered their team off the field, for while MZ Fénix had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
