Spectators: 7711 (Terracing: 5785, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 153) When Alianza Trujillo's Raulo Seda in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ponte do Carro's goalie prevented a goal. Gregório Modesto charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregório Modesto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandre Lucena kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Alexandre Lucena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ponte do Carro and the Alianza Trujillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Renato Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Ponte do Carro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renato Marinho couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raulo Seda in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alípio Regalado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Alianza Trujillo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Mario Verdeja hit a great ball. Alianza Trujillo's Solustiano Ameyugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Lucena in the 24th minute of play. Solustiano Ameyugo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvério Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raulo Seda did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Alípio Regalado 27 minutes into the match. Turi Sendin's late challenge caught a Ponte do Carro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Turi Sendin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Turi Sendin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raulo Seda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alípio Regalado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turi Sendin in the 55th minute of play. When Godofredo Tejerina fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alianza Trujillo's protests and gave Godofredo Tejerina a yellow card for diving instead. Alianza Trujillo's Henrique Tordesillas was substituted for Nalo Autran. Godofredo Tejerina hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Silvério Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Raulo Seda put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alípio Regalado. Raulo Seda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ponte do Carro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arsenio Ceraso was slow to take the kick. During this time Alianza Trujillo's players had a chance to rest. Zorion Balli made a great header on Alianza Trujillo's corner, it was just that Ponte do Carro's Alípio Regalado managed to reach the ball for a save. Gar Ligero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alípio Regalado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Raulo Seda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alípio Regalado was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0.
