Spectators: 7043 (Terracing: 5784, Seating: 1106, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eric Malone took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Roosevelt Sullivan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Rodriguez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cuatrodeocho the free kick. After 3 played minutes Deportivo Rodriguez got a freekick which was hit by Roosevelt Sullivan. Deportivo Rodriguez's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Goliath Gigante in the 11th minute. After taking down the ball on Deportivo Rodriguez's corner Goliath Gigante fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isidor Balboa quite easily take care of the ball. Ivan Lucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perico Castro in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vergaray Echeto in the 16th minute of play forced Deportivo Rodriguez's goalkeeper Ivan Lucero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Connor Marrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cuatrodeocho's Perico Castro in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Rodriguez's goalie prevented a goal. With 30 minutes on the clock, Goliath Gigante commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Deportivo Rodriguez fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Cuatrodeocho. Austin Urbina stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ivan Lucero. 0-1. Perico Castro took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Lucero. Ivan Lucero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Perico Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Perico Castro made the kick off in the second half. Vergaray Echeto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Lucero having to make a save. 55 minutes into the match, Marcial Tarin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ivan Lucero, 0-3. In the 57th match minute, Deportivo Rodriguez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Goliath Mediano to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute of the match Austin Urbina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Lucero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Perico Castro notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Deportivo Rodriguez's Ivan Lucero. Ivan Lucero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 65 minutes into the game, Cuatrodeocho's Perico Castro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Lucero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Connor Marrero scored 1-5 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidor Balboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cuatrodeocho made a substitution. Altzibar Pareja replaced Marcial Tarin. The supporters of Cuatrodeocho booed when Deportivo Rodriguez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theo Thomson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perico Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ivan Lucero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Cuatrodeocho got a freekick which was hit by Austin Urbina. After having played for 86 minutes, Perico Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuatrodeocho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perico Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute Madeo Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Lucero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Cuatrodeocho's Vergaray Echeto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ivan Lucero. Ivan Lucero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. After 96 played minutes Deportivo Rodriguez got a freekick which was hit by Raymond Arrington. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cuatrodeocho walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
