Hélder Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, 孟凌 sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and America Futebol Clube SP's Zé Pedro de Queirós didn't even have to move. Pedrinho Figueiredo was shown his second yellow card after 46 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Zé Pedro de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 邱崇城 in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 尤斌悦 in the 70th minute of play forced America Futebol Clube SP's goalkeeper Zé Pedro de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
