Spectators: 7695 (Terracing: 5772, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmund Schoettle started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes San Felice a Ema U.L. got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Toccaceli. In the 5th minute, Ciro Croce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Tiger's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Neuling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Melani. In the 12th minute, Fabio Nardone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Willem Neuling was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 15th minute, Fabio Nardone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 18 minutes, Angelo Toccaceli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Felice a Ema U.L.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Toccaceli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Mätz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 20 minutes into the match, San Felice a Ema U.L.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Mätz came free, but Antonello Mariano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Eleuteri in the 23rd minute of play forced Tiger's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Neuling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Tiger fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Tiger's Fulko Schwaderer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to San Felice a Ema U.L. getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fulvio Eleuteri hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmund Schoettle in the 29th minute of play forced San Felice a Ema U.L.'s goalkeeper Antonello Mariano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonello Mariano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Schoettle in the 31st minute of play. Kristian Willem Neuling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Melani in the 38th minute. San Felice a Ema U.L.'s Antonello Mariano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Mätz in the 40th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Tiger's David Garefrekes was substituted for Hartmut Weidenhammer. In the 52nd minute, Bruno Mätz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antonello Mariano. The goal made the score 1-2. Edoardo Della Rocca hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Tiger's Ken Raus was substituted for Fulko Schwaderer. In the 68th match minute, San Felice a Ema U.L. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edoardo Della Rocca to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ken Raus got free with Antonello Mariano in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd match minute, Tiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raik Sauer to maneuver through the defense. After 75 played minutes Tiger got a freekick which was hit by Detmar Stuchtey. Bruno Mätz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tiger eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
