Celedonio Nataniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebiu Godeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tudor Urdăreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Quexal, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Tudor Urdăreanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cecilio Silbestre in the 10th minute. Tudor Urdăreanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cecilio Silbestre went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, David Ologu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celedonio Nataniel. Branco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Ologu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 22nd match minute, Cormoranii -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costel Diaconu to maneuver through the defense. Tudor Urdăreanu came out of the goal and Gualterio Quexal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tudor Urdăreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Quexal in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
In the 51stth minute of the game Manuel Negru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Branco FC's Celedonio Nataniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cormoranii -MM-'s zone, Cecilio Silbestre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tudor Urdăreanu came out of the goal and Cecilio Silbestre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celedonio Nataniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eusebiu Godeanu in the 57th minute. With a little luck, Branco FC's Celedonio Nataniel got control of the ball when Costică Răduțu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celedonio Nataniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Negru in the 67th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Felipe Weterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualterio Quexal took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tudor Urdăreanu. Tudor Urdăreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Silbestre in the 80th minute of play forced Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Tudor Urdăreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Nataniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Ologu in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute Eusebiu Godeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Nataniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Osvaldo Santiago fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Branco FC's protests and gave Osvaldo Santiago a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Osvaldo Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Bastian kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Celedonio Nataniel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nicolae Drăgoi. Cormoranii -MM- were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Branco FC to leave the ground with a draw.
