After 3 played minutes Alexandria Team08 got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Corvin. Traian Sucigan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karol Serwach's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Niculae Corbea hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Sebastian Figlewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kajetan Januszewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Traian Dăianu went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastian Figlewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Traian Sucigan. That made the score 1-1 after 21 minutes of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Karol Serwach kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Traian Sucigan. That made the score 2-1 in the 28 minute of play. The supporters of Alexandria Team08 booed when MKS Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Sierocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Aleksander Domalik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Alexandria Team08 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Niculae Corvin hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Karol Serwach managed to get in a good position for a shot. MKS Pogoń Szczecin's supporters rose to their feet, but Karol Serwach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Traian Sucigan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogdan Goma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Traian Dăianu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kajetan Januszewski. MKS Pogoń Szczecin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Traian Dăianu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Lucjan Soroka put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 68th minute of the game. One of MKS Pogoń Szczecin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alexandria Team08:s goal. A collision led to MKS Pogoń Szczecin getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Boruc Sierocki hit a great ball. Remigiusz Kostka struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Traian Sucigan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MKS Pogoń Szczecin. Sebastian Figlewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Traian Sucigan having to make a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alexandria Team08 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
