Spectators: 7770 (Terracing: 5828, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) With an all-out effort, Club Getafe Deportivo's Ovidio Oto threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mahoma Abrego, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 12th minute Santos Lazcano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Rivera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Brais kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, OLYMPIACOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mahoma Abrego came free, but Ovidio Oto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 22 in the game by Peru Cartagena from a close distance when the talented Ovidio Oto managed to make a qualified save. OLYMPIACOS FC's players were relieved. Gabriel Otero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ovidio Oto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, OLYMPIACOS FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Oto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peru Cartagena. The OLYMPIACOS FC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when OLYMPIACOS FC's Santos Lazcano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Renato Rivera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Brais in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahoma Abrego in the 38th minute of play forced OLYMPIACOS FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Oto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to OLYMPIACOS FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Santos Lazcano hit a great ball. In the 40th minute of the match, Mahoma Abrego tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ovidio Oto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Egoitz Companys charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egoitz Companys the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, Egoitz Companys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidio Oto was a little too slow when Egoitz Companys got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Mahoma Abrego made the kick off in the second half. Renato Rivera came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by OLYMPIACOS FC's Elpidio Brais. But to his dismay, Elpidio Brais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ovidio Oto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peru Cartagena in the 62nd minute of the match. Ovidio Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peru Cartagena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Club Getafe Deportivo got a freekick which was hit by Xanti Urruti. OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peru Cartagena in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mahoma Abrego in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidio Oto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 79 minutes, Santos Lazcano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OLYMPIACOS FC and the Club Getafe Deportivo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Santos Lazcano kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Florencio Jacob kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Renato Rivera made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Bernabe Normando sent off a good shot on target. After 91 played minutes Club Getafe Deportivo got a freekick which was hit by Peru Cartagena. 93 minutes into the match, OLYMPIACOS FC's Eusebio Cayo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renato Rivera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Club Getafe Deportivo's Oihan Benito got a free kick in the 94th minute. Peru Cartagena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Oto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play.
