Virgílio Seco started the match with the kick off. Jerônimo Albuquerque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinícius das Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Paulo Paulista hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Pedro Paulo Correia in action when he in the 23rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The supporters of AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Virgílio Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerônimo Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius das Neves in the 32nd minute of the match. Valdemar Passos struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Sydney Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ. In the 37th minute of the match Tostão Melo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerônimo Albuquerque showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute, Cláudio Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sydney Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Lara in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Virgílio Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerônimo Albuquerque was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorge Lara to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot by Tostão Melo from long distance, 54 minutes into the match, got Jerônimo Albuquerque's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tostão Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ made a substitution. Caco Hermes replaced Pedro Paulo Correia. After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Tostão Melo got a free kick in the 58th minute. Sydney Barros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Lara went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Granadero10's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kléberson Oliveira took the corner. The corner led AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Kléberson Oliveira to fire away a dangerous shot which Sydney Barros despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Granadero10's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Lara came free, but Sydney Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Pedro Paulo Paulista got a free kick in the 73rd minute. A hard and well directed shot from Kléberson Oliveira led 74 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Granadero10's Sydney Barros became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 2-2. Sydney Barros came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Jorge Lara. But to his dismay, Jorge Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Granadero10's Sydney Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar Passos in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Granadero10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiaguinho Coelho to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ had won after a very even match.
