The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Greivin Camacho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Linus Backlund in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute Arne Björklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greivin Camacho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Björklund came free, but Greivin Camacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Jonny Elizondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD SHETTANI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JKs Talanger the free kick. Ragnar Fribäck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Greivin Camacho made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Greivin Camacho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Miguel Gomez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Malcolm Kruuse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Greivin Camacho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ragnar Fribäck in the 24th minute. CD SHETTANI's Greivin Camacho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save CD SHETTANI from getting a goal against them. Greivin Camacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Fribäck in the 26th minute of play. Greivin Camacho was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Bengt Hamberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bengt Hamberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 32nd minute, JKs Talanger's Ragnar Fribäck dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Linus Backlund kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bengt Hamberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of CD SHETTANI booed when JKs Talanger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villiam Lägdin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Greivin Camacho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 70th minute, Bengt Hamberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Greivin Camacho was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Nilsson in the 73rd minute of play forced CD SHETTANI's goalkeeper Greivin Camacho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonny Carballo had several of the JKs Talanger's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 80 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-1 score and a disappointed Malcolm Kruuse as he didn't even see the shot coming. 84 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Fribäck came free, but Greivin Camacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 played minutes JKs Talanger got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Nilsson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt Hamberg in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Greivin Camacho saved CD SHETTANI from getting behind. Greivin Camacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Greivin Camacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Björklund in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt Hamberg came free, but Greivin Camacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. JKs Talanger's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
