Florencio Berbiz came out of the goal and Manolis Nikologiannis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the game, Pagos FC's Dimitris Stoltidis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florencio Berbiz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Javiero was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Javiero in the 51st minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Avraam Maggioros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb booed when Pagos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Babbis Kretinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Berbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaggelis Giannakidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After some careless play in the Pagos FC defense, Lino Javiero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avraam Maggioros. The Pagos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avraam Maggioros should have stopped the shot. When Lino Javiero was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. In the 73rd match minute, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Javiero to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Charalambos Lelopoulos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florencio Berbiz. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Charalambos Lelopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb were furious when Victorino Ascencio was red carded, 83 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Dimitris Stoltidis walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. If Charalambos Lelopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avraam Maggioros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anacleto Tabby's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the match was over Pagos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb throughout the match.
