Borys Domaradzki hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Eddie Björk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Konrad Banan. Phantasy World's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 4 minutes, Dag Häll managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sundborn IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dag Häll was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ryszard Czerwiec charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ryszard Czerwiec the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Phantasy World getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ryszard Czerwiec hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Phantasy World's Lucjan Puch got a free kick in the 11th minute. Sundborn IF's Eddie Björk took a good shot, in the 14th minute, which hit the crossbar above Konrad Banan's head, and flew over the goal. Phantasy World's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Sundborn IF. Konrad Banan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morgan Flinck in the 15th minute of play. Morgan Flinck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konrad Banan having to interfere. Morgan Flinck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sundborn IF getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Eddie Björk hit a great ball. Bogdan Plucinik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konrad Banan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morgan Flinck in the 38th minute of play. Phantasy World's Konrad Banan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morgan Flinck in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dag Häll to make the kick off. A collision led to Phantasy World getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Barnaba Gamza hit a great ball. Sundborn IF's Dag Häll got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sundborn IF's Joachim Wenerdahl was substituted for Stefan Hellström. Fritz Lindqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Plucinik in the 65th minute of the match. Sundborn IF's Fritz Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Plucinik in the 68th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Sundborn IF got a freekick which was hit by Dag Häll. In the 72nd minute, Cezary Mitus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Morgan Flinck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Konrad Banan. That made the score 0-1 in the 76 minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Phantasy World was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Mitus to maneuver through the defense. Fritz Lindqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Przemyslaw Majewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Sundborn IF getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Joachim Wenerdahl hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Phantasy World's Lucjan Puch got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Morgan Flinck came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Sundborn IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Morgan Flinck couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Dag Häll fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Plucinik in the 95th minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Fritz Lindqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Phantasy World fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sundborn IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
