Mark Isaksson hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Roque Felipo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fritz Lindqvist having to make a save. 20 minutes into the match, Pendex's Roque Felipo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fritz Lindqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by August Skålberg during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, August Skålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sundborn IF's Fritz Lindqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Sundborn IF from getting a goal against them. Fritz Lindqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Bermudez in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Sundborn IF's Fritz Lindqvist got control of the ball when Abel Bermudez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sundborn IF's Fritz Lindqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Sundborn IF from getting a goal against them. Fritz Lindqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Bermudez, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Pastor Oso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Oskar Fransson in the 39th minute of the match. Natalio Rius kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. A collision led to Sundborn IF getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Roy Unesson hit a great ball. Marcelino Ermengol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Fritz Lindqvist made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelino Ermengol made a kick off. The supporters of Sundborn IF booed when Pendex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Rius didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 54 minutes, Eddie Björk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sundborn IF and the Pendex players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Sundborn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Björk to maneuver through the defense. Fritz Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Ermengol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the game, Abel Bermudez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fritz Lindqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Godofredo Nayely managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pendex's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Nayely was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fritz Lindqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fritz Lindqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Ermengol in the 67th minute of play. Sundborn IF's Fritz Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Bermudez in the 71st minute of play. After 72 played minutes Pendex got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Rius. Pastor Oso made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Eddie Björk sent off a good shot on target. Fritz Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abel Bermudez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Sven-Oskar Fransson got a free kick in the 81st minute. Julian Elorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Fritz Lindqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fritz Lindqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Elorri in the 92nd minute of play. When August Skålberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. After 93 played minutes Sundborn IF got a freekick which was hit by August Skålberg. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sundborn IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pendex.
