Pendex's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Pastor Oso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 巩青振, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 周邦明 to make the kick off. Pastor Oso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 巩青振, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Oso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 姜挺国 in the 56th minute of play. After 58 minutes, 高银钢 mouthed his way into the referee's book.
