After 2 played minutes C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo got a freekick which was hit by Anier Vigil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Panfilo in the 3rd minute of play forced C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goalkeeper Prospero Curcio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Tomás Marini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Curcio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Zeledon Louis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th match minute, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Milian to maneuver through the defense. If Tomás Marini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 11 minutes into the match, Inocencio Palban dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mateo Ieltxu, 1-0. Prospero Curcio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Marini in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Tomás Marini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Curcio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Sixto Rafel kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 20 minutes, Andres Milian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo and the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Pablo Gallinas in the 28th minute of play forced C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goalkeeper Prospero Curcio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Pablo Gallinas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Curcio having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Juan Pablo Gallinas notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Prospero Curcio. Prospero Curcio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the match, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Marini came free, but Prospero Curcio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Fisica UNT's Mateo Ieltxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Oliverio in the 51st minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Inocencio Palban had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateo Ieltxu. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inocencio Palban was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Mateo Ieltxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Rafel in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Inocencio Palban had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateo Ieltxu. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inocencio Palban was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Mateo Ieltxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Theobald, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Prospero Curcio made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Tomás Marini sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st minute Inocencio Palban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Ieltxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sixto Rafel who took care of the corner kick. After 74 played minutes C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Txomin. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Mateo Ieltxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Palban in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Viator in the 79th minute of play forced Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Mateo Ieltxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Andres Milian got a free kick in the 84th minute. After having played for 87 minutes, Eloy Theobald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eloy Theobald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Sixto Rafel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Mateo Ieltxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd minute, Damian Vigil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Anier Vigil hit a great ball. When Damian Vigil fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's protests and gave Damian Vigil a yellow card for diving instead. Damian Vigil kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
