The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Arotza got free with Carlos Fernando Almeida in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. But to his dismay, Jonatan Calleri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Vicente Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Calleri in the 11th minute of the match. Vicente Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Calleri, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 21st match minute, La Candela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Aguilera to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Calleri in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Calleri in the 35th minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Vicente Urre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Jonatan Calleri put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vicente Urre. In the 41st minute, Erasmo Aguilera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Carlinhos Sergipano made the kick off in the second half. La Candela FC's Vicente Urre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save La Candela FC from getting a goal against them. Vicente Urre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Calleri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Urre made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Jonatan Calleri sent off a good shot on target. The São Paulo da Floresta players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented La Candela FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
