The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Slawomir Niewiadomski helped the player get up and apologised. Ruben Cordarin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacek Wolczewski in the 14th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Slawomir Niewiadomski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the game, los nadies's Manuel Abaurre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roland Lisewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hilario Quinteros got free with Roland Lisewski in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the game, Florian Cwynar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Wypyszek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave los nadies the free kick. After 34 played minutes FC Wypyszek got a freekick which was hit by Florian Cwynar. Doctor Sabin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Roland Lisewski made a huge save. After 35 minutes, Zenon Miecznikowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Wypyszek and the los nadies players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zenon Miecznikowski hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Doctor Sabin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roland Lisewski firmly grabbed it by the left post. 39 minutes into the match, Doctor Sabin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roland Lisewski. FC Wypyszek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doctor Sabin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Ruben Cordarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Wawro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zenon Miecznikowski hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Doctor Sabin in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roland Lisewski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lech Gall was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Armando Lesardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Lisewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernard Wawros short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Ruben Cordarin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 67 minutes into the game, Lech Gall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ruben Cordarin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roland Lisewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doctor Sabin in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Bernard Wawro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ruben Cordarin. Bernard Wawro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. After 82nd play minutes Lech Gall shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Ruben Cordarin and just under the crossbar into goal. Arsenio Daunte charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Daunte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in los nadies's zone, Bernard Wawro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Cordarin came out of the goal and Bernard Wawro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Wypyszek's Roland Lisewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doctor Sabin in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Wypyszek eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
