In the 7th minute, OldHighburyInvincibles's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Florian Cwynar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. André Onana made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Bernard Cwojdak sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th match minute, OldHighburyInvincibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Ferrante to maneuver through the defense. Bernard Wawro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but André Onana made a huge save. OldHighburyInvincibles's Edoardo Gabriele got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiph Inzaghi in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Lisewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute, Aurelio Ferrante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacek Wolczewski in the 32nd minute of play forced OldHighburyInvincibles's goalkeeper André Onana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. OldHighburyInvincibles's André Onana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Cwynar in the 34th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, OldHighburyInvincibles's goalkeeper André Onana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florian Cwynar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

FC Wypyszek's Lech Gall was substituted for Florian Cwynar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filiph Inzaghi was the one to do the kick off. 64 minutes into the match, OldHighburyInvincibles's goal looked a bit too open when Lech Gall came free, but André Onana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, FC Wypyszek's Bernard Cwojdak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Onana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Onana came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Wypyszek's Jacek Wolczewski. But to his dismay, Jacek Wolczewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 83 minutes into the match, Bernard Wawro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of André Onana. OldHighburyInvincibles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernard Wawro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 86th minute, Lech Gall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Wypyszek fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 89th minute Bernard Cwojdak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Onana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the OldHighburyInvincibles defense, Lech Gall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Onana. The OldHighburyInvincibles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Onana should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that FC Wypyszek were the better team. FC Wypyszek's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
