Super Penalitop's Manuel Berto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Super Penalitop from getting a goal against them. If Jimeno Chumo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Super Penalitop booed when DOROSTOL Ss was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ognyan Elmazov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Jimeno Chumo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DOROSTOL Ss's Volodya Variyski. Volodya Variyski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Volodya Variyski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jimeno Chumo went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Volodya Variyski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Chumo in the 24th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Octavio Tono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volodya Variyski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Espiridion struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Volodya Variyski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Super Penalitop. After a rather tough play, Super Penalitop's Guillermo Fero got a free kick in the 36th minute. Super Penalitop's Octavio Tono got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The DOROSTOL Ss players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Super Penalitop were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dragolyub Dudekov made a kick off. The supporters of DOROSTOL Ss booed when Super Penalitop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Criston didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute Clemente Frances suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Zheko Radushev fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DOROSTOL Ss's protests and gave Zheko Radushev a yellow card for diving instead. Super Penalitop's Anastasio Ixidor was substituted for Clemente Frances. Zheko Radushev hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Jimeno Chumo in the 60th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. DOROSTOL Ss's Volodya Variyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Chumo in the 66th minute of play. Slaveyko Tzotzev's late challenge caught a Super Penalitop's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Slaveyko Tzotzev helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had been going on for 71 minutes, Super Penalitop's Gabriel Oliviero got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Volodya Variyski. A throw-in in the 77th minute of the game was made by Toni Stanolov with Zheko Radushev as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Octavio Tono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 played minutes DOROSTOL Ss got a freekick which was hit by Toshko Gúrnev. A collision led to Super Penalitop getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gaudencio Espiridion hit a great ball. With 88 minutes on the clock, Slaveyko Tzotzev commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 87 minutes into the game, one of DOROSTOL Ss:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 90 minutes, Super Penalitop's Gabriel Oliviero got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Volodya Variyski. After some careless play in the DOROSTOL Ss defense, Jimeno Chumo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Volodya Variyski. The DOROSTOL Ss fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Volodya Variyski should have stopped the shot. Super Penalitop's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
