Spectators: 7666 (Terracing: 5751, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vincente Casuso took the kick off in the first half of the match. Urbes Perdiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Mas in the 6th minute of the match. Vincente Casuso struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Shepherd Urria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CERRO PORTEÑO. Urbes Perdiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justo Mas's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 25th minute, Tadeu Moyua reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Shepherd Urria. The goal made the score 2-0. When Tadeu Moyua came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the CERRO PORTEÑO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeu Moyua couldn't finish the play. Urbes Perdiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Kart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Vincente Casuso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Shepherd Urria. Club Ibiza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vincente Casuso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Urbes Perdiz came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Ibiza's Don Omar. But to his dismay, Don Omar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Justo Mas made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Club Ibiza's Urbes Perdiz threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Justo Mas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. CERRO PORTEÑO's Astor Sobrido got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute Tadeu Moyua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shepherd Urria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of CERRO PORTEÑO booed when Club Ibiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Mas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Club Ibiza's Mario Kart ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Urbes Perdiz. Urbes Perdiz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Heli Hontoria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Shepherd Urria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Ibiza's Don Omar got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Natalio Maimo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
