An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahap Ünek in the 14th minute of play forced I Rossoneri's goalkeeper Richard Haraldsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Haraldsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vahap Ünek, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Almir Diamanti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Beşir Uçanay came out and tried to block the shot, but Almir Diamanti slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. In the 22nd minute of the match, Almir Diamanti tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Beşir Uçanay saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Büyükada Commandos's Beşir Uçanay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Büyükada Commandos from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hadi Melik to make the kick off. I Rossoneri's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
