Spectators: 7746 (Terracing: 5811, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Igor Messia started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Austral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eyague Vilas to maneuver through the defense. Quexal Raigal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eleuterio Sarracino went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Quexal Raigal came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Isaias Baladi. But to his dismay, Isaias Baladi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Isaias Baladi scored 0-3 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quexal Raigal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Cecilio Domenec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quexal Raigal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Toribio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quexal Raigal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Sarracino in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Toribio in the 25th minute of play forced Austral FC's goalkeeper Quexal Raigal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Elvio Osorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Messia in the 28th minute of play. When Edgardo Txurio fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's protests and gave Edgardo Txurio a yellow card for diving instead. Edgardo Txurio hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Isaias Baladi made a precise shot to the right of Quexal Raigal. Austral FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaias Baladi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eleuterio Sarracino got free with Quexal Raigal in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute, Isaias Baladi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elvio Osorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Messia, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 66 minutes into the game, Isaias Baladi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Quexal Raigal. Isaias Baladi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. After 69 minutes of play, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Eleuterio Sarracino made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quexal Raigal was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesar Baleren during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 77 minutes into the game, Esteve Toribio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Quexal Raigal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Austral FC booed when Olimpo de Bahia Blanca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Uzuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Esteve Toribio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteve Toribio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quexal Raigal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quexal Raigal made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Isaias Baladi sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's Edgardo Txurio got a free kick in the 88th minute. Isaias Baladi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Austral FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's performance. The match ended with a win for Olimpo de Bahia Blanca.
