Holger Herde charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Holger Herde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Rebel's Ando Pahasoo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Sabri Fouquet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarvi Villem, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 25 played minutes La Pointe Courte got a freekick which was hit by Yann Segond. Valdur Osjamets hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, La Pointe Courte's goal looked a bit too open when Ando Pahasoo came free, but Sabri Fouquet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Rebel booed when La Pointe Courte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Michel Blandin didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Rebel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehis Kroon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, FC Rebel's Tarvi Villem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabri Fouquet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ats Oolo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Grail, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Sabri Fouquet was a little too slow when Ando Pahasoo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-3. Ando Pahasoo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Sabri Fouquet made a huge save. In the 57th minute Tarvi Villem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Fouquet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ats Oolo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Michel Blandin in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 minutes, Tarvi Villem made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 69 minutes into the game, Valdur Osjamets was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
