The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Lucado got free with Maximino Fidensio in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benedicto Martxel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severiano Belasko might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raul Jax. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severiano Belasko ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmiro Precioso during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of A.D Atlético Villa Gesell booed when Atletic Elooo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Precioso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Cirilo Fernandes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cirilo Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Fidensio having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Emiliano Tohias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Jax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Raul Jax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Niva in the 34th minute of play. Atletic Elooo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severiano Belasko in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Severiano Belasko notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Raul Jax. Raul Jax was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Atletic Elooo's Inocencio Lehen got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Maximino Fidensio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Atletic Elooo's Maximino Fidensio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Lucado in the 93rd minute of play. Despite being the better team, Atletic Elooo failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
