Spectators: 7722 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) Sabri Fouquet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiliano Tohias went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin in the 15th minute of play forced Atletic Elooo's goalkeeper Maximino Fidensio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabri Fouquet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Martxel in the 17th minute of play. Alejandro Sotil kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Maximino Fidensio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Michel Blandin in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, La Pointe Courte's Jean-Michel Blandin made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Fidensio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 34 played minutes, La Pointe Courte's Jean-Pascal Hingant shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximino Fidensio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Pointe Courte reached it. If Benedicto Martxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sabri Fouquet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Tohias's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Fidensio having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Atletic Elooo's Severiano Belasko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabri Fouquet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severiano Belasko made a kick off. La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save La Pointe Courte from getting a goal against them. 52 minutes into the game, Jean-Michel Blandin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Pointe Courte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletic Elooo the free kick. Jean-Michel Blandin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 53 played minutes Atletic Elooo got a freekick which was hit by Teo Inautzi. In the 59th minute of the match, Benedicto Martxel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sabri Fouquet was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Severiano Belasko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sabri Fouquet having to make a save. La Pointe Courte made a substitution. Pierre-Antoine Charbonnel replaced Wilfried Mahé. After 64 played minutes La Pointe Courte got a freekick which was hit by Mathys Guigon. In the 73rd minute, Severiano Belasko made a precise shot to the right of Sabri Fouquet. La Pointe Courte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. When Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Pointe Courte's protests and gave Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 minutes of play, La Pointe Courte's Ahmed Grail made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Fidensio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atletic Elooo's Alejandro Sotil got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Alejandro Sotil off the ground. The supporters of La Pointe Courte booed when Atletic Elooo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Ahmed Grail notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Atletic Elooo's Maximino Fidensio. Maximino Fidensio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. La Pointe Courte's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
