Ian Brasil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 29 minutes into the match, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Christian Van Maestricht came free, but Ian Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Florian Seveneijnts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Freddy Olemans got a free kick in the 34th minute. Ian Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Etienne Langhmans in the 38th minute of play. After 38 played minutes ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Queirós. Thijs Enfant took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ian Brasil. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Etienne Langhmans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Draconia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etienne Langhmans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Váldson Terra got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Luiz Paulo Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
In the 50th match minute, FC Draconia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopold Weijnants to maneuver through the defense. Giles Lanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benny Otaris, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 61 played minutes ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Camargo. After 67 played minutes, FC Draconia's Alexandros Sgouros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ian Brasil came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Draconia reached it. If Christian Van Maestricht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giles Lanen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giles Lanen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Prestes in the 73rd minute of the match. In the last second Ian Brasil throw himself and got hold of the ball when Etienne Langhmans in the 75thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. FC Draconia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Thijs Enfant in the 76th minute. The corner led FC Draconia's Thijs Enfant to fire away a dangerous shot which Ian Brasil despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 78th match minute, FC Draconia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dany-Adams Cappels to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute of the match ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ got a corner. FC Draconia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Paulo Camargo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ian Brasil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Van Maestricht in the 86th minute. A collision led to FC Draconia getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Chambis Le Bastard hit a great ball. When Christian Van Maestricht fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Draconia's protests and gave Christian Van Maestricht a yellow card for diving instead. Christian Van Maestricht kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Giles Lanen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Váldson Terra went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Geovanni Valadares hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The FC Draconia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Draconia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
