The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Barrabases de Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Salomón Mioño. Fausto Mendizabal was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 12 minutes into the match. Fausto Mendizabal kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Barrabases de Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Mendizabal. 20 minutes into the match, Barrabases de Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Van Maestricht came free, but Candido Ustariz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barrabases de Victoria's Candido Ustariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Olemans in the 21st minute of play. Nazario Hagedorn charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nazario Hagedorn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Barrabases de Victoria getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Nazario Hagedorn hit a great ball. Álvaro Puccio charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Álvaro Puccio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Draconia booed when Barrabases de Victoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Álvaro Puccio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 23 minutes Thijs Enfant shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Candido Ustariz when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Brian Illescas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Giles Lanen. That made the score 1-2 in the 25 minute of play. Candido Ustariz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kraig McAlphie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giles Lanen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enmanuel Gorostiaga went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Candido Ustariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Olemans in the 39th minute of play. Enmanuel Gorostiaga hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Dany-Adams Cappels was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Draconia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrabases de Victoria the free kick. The supporters of Barrabases de Victoria booed when FC Draconia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dany-Adams Cappels didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Brian Illescas took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Giles Lanen to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Barrabases de Victoria booed when FC Draconia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandros Sgouros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brian Illescas to make the kick off. Enmanuel Gorostiaga hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Candido Ustariz came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Draconia's Leopold Weijnants. But to his dismay, Leopold Weijnants quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. After having played for 64 minutes, Enmanuel Gorostiaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrabases de Victoria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enmanuel Gorostiaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Draconia's Kraig McAlphie slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Candido Ustariz. That made the score 3-4 after 66 minutes of play. FC Draconia made a substitution. Etienne Langhmans replaced Kraig McAlphie. Barrabases de Victoria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Christian Van Maestricht scored to the left of an out of position Candido Ustariz, making the score, 3-5. With a little luck, Barrabases de Victoria's Candido Ustariz got control of the ball when Christian Van Maestricht tried to sneak it across the goal line. Candido Ustariz made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Leopold Weijnants sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute, Christian Van Maestricht left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Draconia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-6. Barrabases de Victoria made a substitution. Reinaldo Pagueguy replaced Brian Illescas. Giles Lanen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinaldo Pagueguy in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of FC Draconia booed when Barrabases de Victoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Álvaro Puccio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Candido Ustariz came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Draconia's Leopold Weijnants. But to his dismay, Leopold Weijnants quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-7.
