Carlos de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Browald, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Rune Browald took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos de Mendonça. Carlos de Mendonça dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Göran Johnsson was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Christiano Cardoso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christiano Cardoso really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Carlos de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scott Best in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Kopparmora BK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute, Georg Deckberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Birger Adelsköld could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Carlos de Mendonça however easily saved by the left post. 65 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rune Browald came free, but Carlos de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Göran Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Eduardo Gaspar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Scott Best fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kopparmora BK's protests and gave Scott Best a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kopparmora BK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Carlos de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scott Pass in the 74th minute of play. Georg Deckberg kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Scott Pass sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 84 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Scott Best came free, but Carlos de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Rune Browald managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kopparmora BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Rune Browald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos de Mendonça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kopparmora BK were furious when Torbjörn Hjortsberg was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests.
