The crowd rose to their feet as Tours Football Club's Patrice Gallou slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anton Grimalschi. That made the score 1-3 after 24 minutes of play. Vasile Conac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugen Bumbu in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Jovanovic saved Tours Football Club from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Bumbu in the 30th minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Felix Jovanovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Tours Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Ramos came free, but Felix Jovanovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 72 in the game by Eugen Bumbu from a close distance when the talented Felix Jovanovic managed to make a qualified save. Tours Football Club's players were relieved. 76 minutes into the match, Jacques Audren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anton Grimalschi. UFC Puturoasa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacques Audren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-5. Désiré Charvin kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Sergiu Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Matheo Mareau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anton Grimalschi was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
