Olympiacos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimitris Koudas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Dodorol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dimitris Koudas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 95th playminute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Olympiacos FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
