An unexpectedly hard shot by Ravi Ninho in the 14th minute of play forced Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's goalkeeper López Carillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. López Carillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Meirelles in the 18th minute. After 18 played minutes Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato got a freekick which was hit by Xosepin Serrano. With a left leg López Carillo saved Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato from getting behind. Xiboquinha FC's Gil Lima proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Xiboquinha FC from getting a goal against them. López Carillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Meirelles in the 90th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
