If Americo Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. R.C. Marseille's Auguste Lorre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Dolcet in the 4th minute of play. Auguste Lorre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Duardo in the 10th minute of the match. When Ferdinand Cado came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the R.C. Marseille fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Cado couldn't finish the play. Maximiliano Abecia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Cado in the 21st minute of play. Honoré Lottin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Abecia having to interfere. Maximiliano Abecia made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Ferdinand Cado sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to R.C. Marseille getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Teddy Wendling hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match Adan Elequemedo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Auguste Lorre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Dionisia's Maximiliano Abecia got control of the ball when Honoré Lottin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Cado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Maximiliano Abecia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Dionisia's Isidoro Maraman was substituted for Americo Dolcet. The wind increased when Camilo Duardo made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Mourad Martinez made a precise shot to the right of Maximiliano Abecia. Dionisia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Ferdinand Cado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximiliano Abecia was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. 65 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Cado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Maximiliano Abecia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Auguste Lorre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Duardo in the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of R.C. Marseille booed when Dionisia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Loi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes, R.C. Marseille's Mourad Martinez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximiliano Abecia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in R.C. Marseille reached it. Severiano Gabrio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Maximiliano Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Cado in the 93rd minute of the match. With his leg Auguste Lorre managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Dionisia's Camilo Duardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ferdinand Cado scored 4-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Abecia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the R.C. Marseille players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
