The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Santoryu FC's Francesco Forlano got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Alessandro Verdecchia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslav Dzhangozov in the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th match minute, Santoryu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Baldassarre to maneuver through the defense. Evstati Dokev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Bozzo in the 10th minute. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Anselmo Gabriele put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Evstati Dokev. In the 16th match minute, Santoryu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Giorgio to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslav Dzhangozov came free, but Alessandro Verdecchia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evstati Dokev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anselmo Gabriele's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Eugenio Bozzo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Radoslav Dzhangozov's late challenge caught a Santoryu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radoslav Dzhangozov helped the player get up and apologised. Radoslav Dzhangozov hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Radoslav Dzhangozov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alessandro Verdecchia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ermanno Tagliente kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Subin Panicherski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alessandro Verdecchia skillfully saved the ball. In the 43rd minute, Ermanno Tagliente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslav Dzhangozov in the 45th minute of play forced Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Verdecchia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Eugenio Bozzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evstati Dokev having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Emiliano Baldassarre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Damyan Petranov came free, but Alessandro Verdecchia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tigers of Bistritsa booed when Santoryu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Malvezzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Tigers of Bistritsa's Subin Panicherski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Dario Giorgio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tigers of Bistritsa's Evstati Dokev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvise Iacobucci's late challenge caught a Tigers of Bistritsa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvise Iacobucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute of the match, Blagoy Koshev got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alessandro Verdecchia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Penko Trenchev succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Francesco Forlano hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Santoryu FC's zone, Subin Panicherski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessandro Verdecchia came out of the goal and Subin Panicherski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
