Spectators: 7774 (Terracing: 5831, Seating: 1788, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Anselmo Gabriele took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Gabriele came free, but César Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Márcio Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th match minute, Santoryu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Tagliente to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Márcio Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Verdecchia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Márcio Cardoso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alessandro Verdecchia having to make a save. Alessandro Verdecchia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márcio Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Cardoso came free, but Alessandro Verdecchia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessandro Verdecchia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márcio Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santoryu FC's Alberto De Rossi was substituted for Dario Giorgio. João Vítor Berger kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 24 played minutes Santoryu FC got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Gabriele. Márcio Cardoso took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alessandro Verdecchia. Alessandro Verdecchia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Verdecchia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ATHLETICO PRaiano were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Santoryu FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sílvio Pires took the corner. After taking down the ball on ATHLETICO PRaiano's corner Sílvio Pires fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alessandro Verdecchia quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Santoryu FC booed when ATHLETICO PRaiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jano França didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Anselmo Gabriele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Santoryu FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ATHLETICO PRaiano:s goal. In the 40thth minute of the game Márcio Cardoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santoryu FC's Alessandro Verdecchia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alessandro Verdecchia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Márcio Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. César Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Gabriele in the 41st minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jackson Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Jackson Nascimento was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Eusébio Tepedino hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Murilo Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Alberto De Rossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emiliano Baldassarre kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Alessandro Verdecchia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Márcio Cardoso. In the 70th minute Eugenio Bozzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Severo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Santoryu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jackson Nascimento came free, but Alessandro Verdecchia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th match minute, ATHLETICO PRaiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Berger to maneuver through the defense. Santoryu FC's Alessandro Verdecchia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Santoryu FC from getting a goal against them. ATHLETICO PRaiano's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
