Domingo Cresitobalo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Ramiro Benvide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hurboc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FALCÕES VERDES the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Hurboc's zone, Isaltino Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Paez came out of the goal and Isaltino Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaltino Castro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Hurboc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Ostots to maneuver through the defense. When Daniel Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FALCÕES VERDES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Gerber couldn't finish the play. Jeronimo Sandalio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Gerber in the 82nd minute of play forced Hurboc's goalkeeper Isidoro Paez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Hurboc's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar Tepedino came free, but Isidoro Paez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Paez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaltino Castro's shot from short distance in the 87th minute.
