The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Basarab Bocșan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marioara Miculescu in the 6th minute of the match. In the 11thth minute of the game Andrei Marioara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC MeHigh's Basarab Bocșan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13thth minute of the game Manuel Nicolescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Nistor Arjoca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basarab Bocșan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilian Ciprian, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Călin Irimia fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC MeHigh's protests and gave Călin Irimia a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of -BZF- Petrolul Berca booed when FC MeHigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Călin Irimia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basarab Bocșan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aurel Mustea went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 22ndth minute of the game Andrei Marioara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC MeHigh's Basarab Bocșan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andrei Marioara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basarab Bocșan having to interfere. FC MeHigh's Basarab Bocșan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Mustea in the 38th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Nicolescu made a kick off. The supporters of -BZF- Petrolul Berca booed when FC MeHigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Călin Irimia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basarab Bocșan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrei Marioara, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, George Curteanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC MeHigh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. FC MeHigh made a substitution. Gabriel Arghiroiu replaced Valentin Cristoloveanu. In the 71st minute Marioara Miculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basarab Bocșan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basarab Bocșan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marioara Miculescu in the 78th minute of the match. Basarab Bocșan stood somewhat misplaced when Andrei Marioara came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 81 minute. The referee ignored -BZF- Petrolul Berca's protests and gave Vasile Barbonța a yellow card for diving instead. Vasile Barbonța kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, FC MeHigh's Aristide Strungă made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nistor Arjoca was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Aristide Strungă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched -BZF- Petrolul Berca eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
