Gilberto Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Peli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Isaias Huly got a free kick in the 13th minute. Dedé Camargo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Flavio Urbasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Severino Peli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Buritama Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Park Ferretti came free, but Gilberto Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Jeferson Alvarenga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buritama Sports's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Hijos de Doña Beija the free kick. After a rather tough play, Buritama Sports's Jeferson Alvarenga got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Gilberto Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Park Ferretti in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26th minute of the match, Sydney Rosa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nunez Gimenez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gilberto Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Peli in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Buritama Sports's Sydney Rosa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nunez Gimenez. Nunez Gimenez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 36 played minutes Los Hijos de Doña Beija got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Chumo. Túlio Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvaldo Pasqual to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Severino Peli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severino Peli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 55 played minutes Buritama Sports got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Alvarenga. In the 58th minute, Joaquin Chumo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Pasqual, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Peli in the 65th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Los Hijos de Doña Beija got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Urbasa. Nunez Gimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sydney Rosa in the 69th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Buritama Sports got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Alvarenga. Park Ferretti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Paraense having to make a save. Sydney Rosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nunez Gimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sydney Rosa in the 83rd minute of the match. Túlio Peixoto took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nunez Gimenez. Nunez Gimenez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Buritama Sports's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
