Spectators: 7741 (Terracing: 5807, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manuel Nicolescu kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, ConChanfle FC's Xzaiver Saribiarte got control of the ball when Valentin Strungă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Basarab Bocșan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurilio Varaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Cristian Macaneață blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xzaiver Saribiarte having to make a save. After 21 played minutes ConChanfle FC got a freekick which was hit by Senio Ciencabrero. After a rather tough play, ConChanfle FC's Galeno Villapecellin got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes into the match, ConChanfle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Strungă came free, but Xzaiver Saribiarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Gartzi Ansola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC MeHigh getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Călin Irimia hit a great ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Cristian Macaneață managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC MeHigh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Macaneață was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Nicolescu in the 39th minute of play forced ConChanfle FC's goalkeeper Xzaiver Saribiarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Senio Ciencabrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Manuel Nicolescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzaiver Saribiarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Senio Ciencabrero was the one to do the kick off. Xzaiver Saribiarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Nicolescu in the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ConChanfle FC's zone, Valentin Strungă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xzaiver Saribiarte came out of the goal and Valentin Strungă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC MeHigh's Paul Calboreanu was substituted for Andrei Tăzlăuanu. FC MeHigh made a substitution. Mugurel Grădinaru replaced Cristian Macaneață. FC MeHigh's Călin Duțulescu was substituted for Călin Irimia. In the 66th match minute, ConChanfle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tito Cajigal to maneuver through the defense. Aristide Strungă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Xzaiver Saribiarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Maurilio Varaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Aristide Strungă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to ConChanfle FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Gartzi Ansola hit a great ball. Aristide Strungă struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Xzaiver Saribiarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC MeHigh. Galeno Villapecellin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 89th minute of the match Viorel Hrean completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Viorel Hrean a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of ConChanfle FC booed when FC MeHigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viorel Hrean didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Manuel Nicolescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xzaiver Saribiarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.
