The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luciano Elivareo to strike the kick off in the second half. Unidad de Matanza's Christian Amaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito Fernandez in the 60th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Luciano Elivareo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haroldo Pitta was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Club Sacode Football CIMZ made a substitution. Ruy Félix replaced Elder Marinho. In the 75th minute, Luciano Elivareo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unidad de Matanza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. After a rather tough play, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Tony Veiga got a free kick in the 91st minute. Haroldo Pitta acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Evelio Pudes.
