Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 17 played minutes HFA FC got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Cordeiro. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Reynaldo Otsoko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emanuel Ioniță's late challenge caught a HFA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Ioniță helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of HFA FC booed when Tutor Militari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ioniță didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Garikoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Reynaldo Otsoko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodor Pătrășcanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ariel Gonzales made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Ciprian Zeciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reynaldo Otsoko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some careless play in the Tutor Militari defense, Faustino Cordeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodor Pătrășcanu. The Tutor Militari fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodor Pătrășcanu should have stopped the shot. 65 minutes into the match, HFA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valeriu Fânaru came free, but Reynaldo Otsoko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, HFA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cazimir Golescu came free, but Reynaldo Otsoko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tutor Militari getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Fabian Hârșu hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
