After 13 played minutes HFA FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Lano. A collision led to Garrapatita Futbol getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Primitivo Boniel hit a great ball. Ivan Mancio hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Zacarias Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Gonzales in the 39th minute of the match. Faustino Cordeiro struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Zacarias Lucila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HFA FC.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Virgilio Astigar made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Fidel Mundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zacarias Lucila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Astigar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisito Toribio during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, HFA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Toribio to maneuver through the defense. HFA FC's Aristides Nayely was substituted for Felipe Ostadar. After 66 played minutes HFA FC got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Toribio. Garrapatita Futbol's Zacarias Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Astigar in the 75th minute of play. Aristides Nayely's late challenge caught a Garrapatita Futbol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristides Nayely helped the player get up and apologised. Fidel Mundo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Zacarias Lucila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Astigar in the 88th minute of play.
