The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Witold Kondysar during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes FURIOZA got a freekick which was hit by Witold Kondysar. After 8 played minutes, Hertha 1969's Lutz Ertel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kryspin Sienkowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hertha 1969 reached it. After 11 played minutes Hertha 1969 got a freekick which was hit by Maxim Nissen. 11 minutes into the match, Hertha 1969's goalkeeper Alf Kleinert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonard Niedziela. Alf Kleinert made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Emil Laba sent off a good shot on target. Alf Kleinert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Sroka in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nico Bell in the 23rd minute of play forced FURIOZA's goalkeeper Kryspin Sienkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carl Eisold kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Alf Kleinert acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 25th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Leonard Niedziela. FURIOZA's Kryspin Sienkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Aicher in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Emil Laba notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Hertha 1969's Alf Kleinert. Alf Kleinert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute Waldemar Sroka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Kleinert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Nico Bell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Laba who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Alf Kleinert when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FURIOZA's Edward Drapinski got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute of the match Lutz Ertel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kryspin Sienkowski skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Lepper in the 38th minute of play forced Hertha 1969's goalkeeper Alf Kleinert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kryspin Sienkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andi Godescheid, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the game, Adi Köhler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hertha 1969's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FURIOZA the free kick. A long shot from Leonard Niedziela in the 43rd minute of play was well struck, but Alf Kleinert made a really good save at the right post. After 44 played minutes Hertha 1969 got a freekick which was hit by Adi Köhler. The long shot by Edward Drapinski in the 45th minute really tested Alf Kleinert's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 46th match minute, Hertha 1969 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Bell to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes, FURIOZA's Leonard Niedziela shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alf Kleinert came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomasz Lepper to make the kick off. Andi Godescheid kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Fabian Szostak took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alf Kleinert. Alf Kleinert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Alf Kleinert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Szostak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Hertha 1969's Adi Köhler got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Harry Rupp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alf Kleinert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Drapinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Kryspin Sienkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lutz Ertel in the 64th minute. After 64 played minutes FURIOZA got a freekick which was hit by Tomasz Lepper. Kryspin Sienkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andi Godescheid, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Alf Kleinert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Lepper in the 68th minute of play. Alf Kleinert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Laba in the 69th minute of the match. Nico Bell was shown his second yellow card after 72 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Alf Kleinert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Szostak, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Hertha 1969's Alf Kleinert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Laba in the 77th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Fabian Szostak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alf Kleinert was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, FURIOZA's Edgar Piszczor got a free kick in the 91st minute. FURIOZA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hertha 1969 for a fine match.
