Bertus Waldijk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Madis Ülle in the 4th minute of the match. Olen Hein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nigel Willemse in the 12th minute. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Allar Laving sped through FFC Merainies 03's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bertus Waldijk. After 22 minutes of play, FFC Merainies 03's Bart Speelman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olen Hein was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nico-Jan Roeles hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Gerd Nirk sped through FFC Merainies 03's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bertus Waldijk. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's René van Hintum got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Gerd Nirk came free, but Bertus Waldijk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Gerd Nirk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertus Waldijk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertus Waldijk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allar Laving, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertus Waldijk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd Nirk in the 37th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, Kutsikad's Gerd Nirk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bertus Waldijk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Kalju Kindel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerd Nirk was the one to do the kick off. 1-4 became the score in the 51st minute when Harald Roo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Gerrie Höhenstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kutsikad's Bernhard Kuningas got a free kick in the 56th minute. When Mathijs de Vries fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FFC Merainies 03's protests and gave Mathijs de Vries a yellow card for diving instead. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Bertus Waldijk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of FFC Merainies 03 booed when Kutsikad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allar Laving didn't get a good kick on the ball. FFC Merainies 03's Bertus Waldijk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save FFC Merainies 03 from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Gerrie Höhenstein got a free kick in the 69th minute. Kutsikad's Albert Tael was substituted for Gerd Nirk. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Gerrie Höhenstein got a free kick in the 70th minute. When Harald Roo fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kutsikad's protests and gave Harald Roo a yellow card for diving instead. Harald Roo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bertus Waldijk came out and tried to block the shot, but Harald Roo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 73rd minute. Allar Laving recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albert Tael in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bertus Waldijk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kutsikad were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after FFC Merainies 03's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Allar Laving took the corner. Kutsikad's Allar Laving was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bertus Waldijk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 80 played minutes Allar Laving shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for FFC Merainies 03's Bertus Waldijk to catch but Allar Laving was lucky. It became 1-6 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Bertus Waldijk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Tael in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Roo came free, but Bertus Waldijk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FFC Merainies 03's Bertus Waldijk got control of the ball when Albert Tael tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerrie Höhenstein's late challenge caught a Kutsikad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerrie Höhenstein helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, FFC Merainies 03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerrie Höhenstein to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harald Roo in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bertus Waldijk saved FFC Merainies 03 from getting behind. FFC Merainies 03's Bertus Waldijk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save FFC Merainies 03 from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kutsikad walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
