In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Garth Hayes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd minute of the match Vaqueteros FC got a corner. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Melchor Asier ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Vaqueteros FC's corner Melchor Asier fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Garth Hayes quite easily take care of the ball. Garth Hayes came out of the goal and Orlando Fanuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basil Larham hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Melchor Asier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Garth Hayes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Botello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lisburn Distillery F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
