Ettore Giusto hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ernesto Formaggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Abuelo in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carter Rocco in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Lapurdi saved Psycho-Circus from getting behind. Nicolas Lapurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Di Nunzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Abuelo to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Psycho-Circus's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Altobelli came free, but Nicolas Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
