Waclaw Brzakala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Rocco in the 8th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hugon Major kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ernesto Formaggio. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. If Adam Kutas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marian Topolski hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Real Madrid's Waclaw Brzakala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Rocco in the 16th minute of play. Anthony Alberico struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Waclaw Brzakala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schuster. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Waclaw Brzakala showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carter Rocco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Armin Altobelli came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Schuster fans jumped to their feet. After 47 played minutes, Schuster's Armin Altobelli shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Waclaw Brzakala came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Schuster reached it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adam Kutas made a kick off. Waclaw Brzakala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armin Altobelli in the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Hugon Major managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugon Major was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Formaggio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Waclaw Brzakala made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Anthony Alberico sent off a good shot on target. Anthony Alberico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Waclaw Brzakala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Juliusz Mentus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Formaggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waclaw Brzakala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Altobelli in the 68th minute of play. Adam Kutas kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match.
