Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Lars Jeppesen made the kick off and thus started the match. Jesper Ahlkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Wasyl Sidorowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Timmernabben FF getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. David Groth hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Karaszkiewicz in the 12th minute of play forced Timmernabben FF's goalkeeper Börje Brummer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timmernabben FF's Åke Gustafsson got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Karpaty Krosno getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Benedykt Ranowiecki hit a great ball. The supporters of Timmernabben FF booed when Karpaty Krosno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrzej Kapelski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Jeppesen in the 19th minute of play forced Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Wasyl Sidorowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wasyl Sidorowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesper Ahlkvist in the 22nd minute of play. Cyryl Brytka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börje Brummer having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Leon Gamza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd match minute, Timmernabben FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Gustafsson to maneuver through the defense. Karpaty Krosno's Wasyl Sidorowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesper Ahlkvist in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Karpaty Krosno's Mateusz Kochanowicz got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 45th minute of the match, Mateusz Kochanowicz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Börje Brummer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Timmernabben FF's Lars Jeppesen got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Börje Brummer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Karaszkiewicz's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Jim Åkerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Wasyl Sidorowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Jeppesen. Cyryl Brytka's late challenge caught a Timmernabben FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cyryl Brytka helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute Jesper Ahlkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wasyl Sidorowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Karaszkiewicz in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Börje Brummer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Groth charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Groth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lars Jeppesen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Timmernabben FF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Karpaty Krosno.
