Spectators: 7693 (Terracing: 5771, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Miguel Merentiel made the kick off which started today's match. Virgilio Oton took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Iaki. Domingos Iaki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Erico came free, but Domingos Iaki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubaldo Beltxe hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Casimiro Bilbo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Domingos Iaki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Quintan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hipolito Piarres got free with Roberto Oliverio in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 played minutes Abuba Akotonon FC got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Shepherd. After 27 played minutes LTA FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfie Basile. Hipolito Piarres charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hipolito Piarres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes Abuba Akotonon FC got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Piarres. The supporters of Abuba Akotonon FC booed when LTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Oton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Sixto Birjaio put in a rough tackle. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for LTA FC. Arsenio Erico stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Domingos Iaki. 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lázaro Ayala to make the kick off. Titan Palermo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roberto Oliverio having to make a save. In the 63rd minute Virgilio Oton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Iaki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goalkeeper Domingos Iaki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Quintan. LTA FC's Genaro Iliana was substituted for Lázaro Ayala. The supporters of Abuba Akotonon FC booed when LTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Oton didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Abuba Akotonon FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Maximo Laurgain hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Rodrigo Quintan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingos Iaki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After a rather tough play, LTA FC's Rodrigo Quintan got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 85 minutes, Arsenio Erico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LTA FC and the Abuba Akotonon FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Genaro Iliana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Domingos Iaki made a huge save. Virgilio Oton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Genaro Iliana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingos Iaki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Virgilio Oton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Domingos Iaki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The LTA FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
