After 6 played minutes Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by George Modrić. Iwan Misiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. George Neuer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugon Milko during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Moneteria's Hugon Milko got a free kick in the 12th minute. George Neuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Milko in the 14th minute of play. Remigiusz Wiatrak kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. George Neuer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Wiatrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kacper Resel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. After 29 minutes of play, Three Lions FC's Cafu de Moraes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Cwynar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Remigiusz Wiatrak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Neuer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Three Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Duarte to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Remigiusz Wiatrak scored 1-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Neuer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cafu de Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Cwynar having to interfere. The supporters of Three Lions FC booed when Moneteria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugon Milko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cafu de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Alfred Gacek took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Neuer. George Neuer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Moneteria's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
